Do you offer custom orders?

Sarah Jean Wedding and Events do not currently accept custom orders. We are however striving to continue to expand our range, watch this space.

Do you offer a Sarah Jean Wedding & Events gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards for purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club International via ANZ eGate. We are currently unable to accept payments via PayPal, wire transfer, or check. We are also unable to take payments over the phone.

Do you charge me when I order or when the product is shipped?

Your card will be charged at the time of your order.

Shipping and Orders

Do you ship worldwide? How much does it cost?

No. However, if you are interested in shipping to an address outside of Australia please email your request to enquiries@sarahjeanweddingandevents.com for more information.

What are my shipping options?

Domestic Shipping: We offer shiping options of DHL Express and Australia Post Parcel Post.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but if you send us a note at enquiries@sarahjeanweddingandevents.com, or give us a call, we’re happy to make changes to your order before it ships out!

Can I track my order once it is shipped?

Once your order has been process and shipped you will receive tracking details from the courier company you selected at checkout.

Can you combine discount codes or use them on introductory prices or pre-orders?

We cannot honour combined discounts. Our checkout system only allows for one discount code to be used per transaction.

I live in Sydney, Australia. Can I just come by and pick up my purchase and avoid the shipping charge?

We do not currently offer local pickups of purchases.

Do you have a storefront or shop?

Currently we sell directly to customers through our website and we don’t have any retail or reseller partnerships.
